The Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of Serbia - Belgrade keeps and maintains the Central catalogue of immovable cultural properties from the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Mandatory and additional documentation on each immovable cultural property is kept together with the Central catalogue. The documentation comprises textual, technical and photo documents of the monuments. All interested citizens have the right of perusal of the documentation. In order to access the documentation you should take the following steps:

Deliver the Request for perusal of the documentation in writing (stating which object or site you are interested in, the reason for which you are using the documentation as well personal data along with your telephone number).

The Request should be sent by mail or delivered in person to the archive of the Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of Serbia - Belgrade (on working days from 09 am until 3 pm).

If the documentation is used for scientific purposes which would result in an article, publication, exhibition or some other form of public presentation, you are obligated to list the documentation of the Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of Serbia - Belgrade as source and to deliver to us one copy of the published paper.
